TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Valid Government Photo ID with address proof is mandatory for all guests above 18 years.
• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 Noon
• Booking Payment Schedule:
o 25% Advance at confirmation
o 70% Seven days before arrival
o Balance payment at check-out
• Cancellation made less than 20 days before arrival will attract 50% cancellation charges.
• Tentative bookings will be held for 7 days only.
• Outdoor music and recreational activities are permitted only until 10:00 PM.
• Outside food and pets are not permitted.
• Wedding dates may be rescheduled if informed at least 20 days prior to arrival.
• Final guest list and event schedule must be shared 3 days before the event.
• Swimming Pool and Spa operations are subject to Government of Maharashtra guidelines.
