Membership Terms and Conditions

1. **Membership Eligibility**
- Membership is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
- By signing up for the membership, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- The hotel reserves the right to deny membership at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

2. **Membership Types and Benefits**
- Membership levels and associated benefits (e.g., room discounts, exclusive offers, early check-ins, late check-outs) are subject to change without prior notice.
- Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
- Members must present their membership ID or account details to redeem benefits.

3. **Membership Fees**
- Membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Details are provided on the membership website page  or email sent to you. 
- Fees are subject to change at the hotel’s discretion, with advance notice provided to members.

 4. **Reservation and Cancellation**
- Membership does not guarantee room availability. Reservations are subject to room availability at the time of booking.
- Members must comply with the hotel’s standard booking and cancellation policies.
- Hotel has certain blackout dates, and on those dates, Free Room Nights cannot be redeemed. 

5. **Points or Rewards Accumulation (if applicable)**
- Members may earn points for eligible stays, which can be redeemed for specified benefits.
- Free stays expire after a specified period (e.g., 6 months of inactivity) and cannot be transferred to other members or accounts.

6. **Termination of Membership**
- The hotel reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership without notice if the member is found in violation of these terms or involved in any misconduct.
- A member may cancel their membership at any time by notifying the hotel in writing. 
- Refunds of membership fees will NOT be provided for unused memberships.

 7. **Privacy and Data Protection**
- Members’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the hotel’s Privacy Policy.
- The hotel will not share members' data with third parties without consent unless required by law.

8. **Modifications to Terms**
- The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes.

9. **Limitation of Liability**
- The hotel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the membership program.
